Booking conditions

The fact of reserving a stay at the campsite implies full adherence to ours general conditions.

The holder of the reservation must be of legal age.
The reservation is personal and cannot be transferred without prior authorization from the Camping.
The reservations only bind the Camping Clarà, if he accepts them, what he is free to do or not do, depending on the availability, and in general, of all the circumstances that may harm the execution of the reservation made. The Camping Clarà reserves admission or permanence in accordance with article 31 bis of Law 13/2002 on tourism in Catalonia.
It is essential to make a cash on delivery of the 40% of the total stay no later than 48 hours after making the pre-booking. You can make this payment via bank transfer (as long as the arrival date is after 7 days of making the reservation) or with a credit card through our website or by providing the card details by fax, email or telephone . The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival by bank card or in cash.
The reservation process ends with the confirmation sent by the campsite, by email, when it has received the reservation deposit.
The holder of the reservation must verify the confirmation of the reservation and notify Camping Clarà, immediately in writing or by email, of any errors that may be detected.
A specific accommodation number is not reserved, upon arrival it will be indicated which one is assigned; If you have a preference, you can mark it in the comments and we will try to please you.
The reservation will be kept until 12⁰⁰h of the next day to the contracted arrival date. The non-appearance of the client past this moment will lead to its cancellation and the loss of the amount delivered. The company reserves the right to re-hire the accommodation.
At the time of registration, it is necessary to present at Reception the original ID or passport of the owner and of each companion. It is mandatory and the responsibility of the holder of the reservation to register all the people accompanying him.
The total of your reservation will be invoiced in the event that you decide to postpone your arrival or reduce the duration of your reservation without the required advance notice.
Camping Clarà reserves the right to rectify possible erroneous rates charged to the client caused by some error in the online booking system. In this case, the company will notify the error within a maximum of 48 hours, giving the client the option of accepting the correct settings or canceling the reservation made at no charge to the client.
GROUP RESERVATION: To request a group reservation, you must always contact Camping Clarà by email. Camping Clarà reserves the right to examine the request before confirming the reservation.
TOURIST TAX: According to Law 5/2012, of March 20, on fiscal, financial and administrative measures and the creation of the tax on stays in tourist establishments, the client is obliged to pay the tourist tax directly to the campsite: €0.50 per person /day, up to a maximum of seven nights (under 16s are exempt).

ACCOMMODATION (STUDIOS, SHOPS AND BUNGALOWS):

Minimum stays:
- 2 nights
- 3 nights during Holy Week and national holidays
- 5 nights in July and August

The company reserves the right to demand a minimum stay on bank holidays and public holidays.

On the day of arrival, €100 will be paid or a credit card will be provided as a deposit; amount that will be returned upon departure once the condition of the accommodation has been verified. They must leave the accommodation in a good state of cleanliness (for example, trash removed and clean kitchen utensils), as well as the furniture located in the initial position at the time of entry. The campsite reserves the right to charge €30 for cleaning if necessary.
At no time can the maximum number of persons authorized for accommodation be exceeded. Camping Clarà reserves the right to deny access to the campsite to groups or families that present with a number of members greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
Domestic animals are NOT allowed in any Mobil home O'hara, Muntanyans Romantic and Muntanyans Familiar. Pets are ONLY allowed in some of the Clarà Cottage Bungalows and Studios with express authorization.
Only one vehicle per reserved unit is accepted.
Arrival time is from 4pm⁰⁰and the departure time is before 12⁰⁰noon
Sheets and towels are not included. Available for rent at the reception.

CAMPING – PLOTS:

The price of the plot includes the camping unit (tent, caravan or motorhome), access to the bathrooms and the campsite's infrastructure.
Only one vehicle per reserved unit is accepted.
The maximum occupancy per plot is 6 people (children included).
People traveling with a dog must indicate it at the time of booking and register it upon arrival at the Camping. Dogs of breeds considered dangerous are not admitted. Dogs must always be leashed and the owner is responsible for their good behavior.
It is necessary to indicate in the reservation whether they will be staying in a motorhome, caravan or tent.
Arrival time is 12⁰⁰has 23⁰⁰h.
The plot must be clean and free before 11 o'clock⁰⁰h from noon on the last day of your stay (for example, without any items left on the ground or hanging between the trees). If they exceed this hour, they must pay an additional day.
The company reserves the right to demand a minimum stay on bank holidays and public holidays.
NO will apply the rate ACSI, ADAC, BEST DEAL, Camping Key, etc. for web reservations.

MODIFICATION CONDITIONS:

Any modification to a confirmed reservation must be requested in writing and with the signature of the reservation holder. The change, if possible, will be accepted in writing from the Camping.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Failure to pay the advance within 48 hours will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation request.
Any cancellation must be notified by fax or email.
Our cancellation policy, depending on the date of its notification, is:
- up to 30 days before = return of the 90%
- between 29 and 15 days before = return of the 50%
- 14 or less days before = no return

The company reserves the right, in case of overbooking or any other justifiable reason, to cancel the reservation within a maximum of 48 hours after your request. In this case, he undertakes to notify the client as soon as possible and if he had paid the advance of the reservation, he would be paid the full amount.

Camping Clarà updates the contents of the web as quickly as possible. Even so, it may contain errors. That is why the references (images, prices and descriptions) of the products and services are of an exclusively indicative nature and have no contractual or binding nature.

The client, at the time of making the pre-booking, acquires the commitment to read these booking conditions, being the payment of the booking and the total price of the contracted stay a signal of acceptance of the same and of the internal regulations of Camping Clarà .
